Professional Highlights I am a Senior Estimator / Project Manager for Nevada Building & Development Co. Instrumental in leading the team, shaping and implementing their construction estimating department, project management and construction management programs. I have Thirty Five years of hands on construction experience. I started in the field as a carpenter and progressed to working with clients, architects and building officials. The following projects were completed as the senior estimator and project manager for NB&D. Wagon Trail South Industrial Park: 4 Office / Warehouse buildings complete interior TI’s at 4425 Wagon Trail, Las Vegas NV.

Alexander Business Park: 12 Office / Warehouse buildings on 18 acres with tenant improvements at 4079 N. Rancho Dr. Las Vegas NV.

Ferguson Pipe & Supply Co: 109,000 sf. distribution center, offices and warehouse with a separate 16,500 sf. parts supply building on 18 acres in Henderson NV.
