EXPERIENCE
SIGINT Training Manager, USAF Civilian (IA-03)/13TH Intelligence Sq (IS), Beale AFB, California, September 2008 to Current.
• 548th ISR Group Intermediate Civilian of the Quarter for October - December 2009
• Oversees the development of all SIGINT Training Plans.
• Manages the SIGINT Training Program by ensuring all personnel requiring SIGINT training are trained to specific DGS standards, to include Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT).
• Routinely coordinates with the 13th IS Geospatial Intelligence Training Manager to identify new techniques and ensure improved cross-flow of information and training.
• Ensures training courses are conducted as required and that positional training managers are ensuring that the documentation and updating of training records are accomplished during the training process and the training database, once training is completed.
• Performs S&W, Product Reporter & Technical Reporter duties as required.
Surveillance and Warning Supervisor (S&W) & Product Reporter, USAF/13TH IS, Beale AFB, California, August 2006 to March 2008.
• Oversaw release of over 30,000 reports; passed enemy locations to Coalition forces--raised battle field awareness
• Directed reporting efforts of special intelligence personnel in several geographic locations.
• Provided battlefield commanders with intelligence for successful engagement of enemy.
• Coordinated with national and theater-level operations centers to guide mission supervisors in collection strategies.
• Drafted 80+ intelligence reports; ensured Coalition forces equipped with vital intelligence on enemy forces movements and activities.
