System Modeling using Object Oriented approach:

In this project we worked on utilizing UML diagrams to model the business process at a small business office. We analyzed the process, developed different scenarios and came up with multiple appropriate UML diagrams:

- Use Case diagrams

- Class diagram

- Sequence diagrams

- Communication diagrams

- State Chart diagrams

Project team:

- Team of 3 members

Responsibilities:

- Worked on requirements elicitation

- Developed with teammates the different diagrams mentioned above

Automated Ledger Prototype System:

In an attempt to improve the business process for a family owned business, we developed an automated Ledger prototype system. The project was done using SDLC methodology.

Project team:

- Team of 2 members, I was the team leader

Responsibilities: I shared with my teammate the following

- Information gathering and analysis

- Designing a new system

- Building a database for the new system

- Developing and testing a prototype system

- Documenting the whole process

- MS Word: to write down the documentation

- MS Visio: to draw DFDs, and ERD

- SQL Plus: to build the DB for the prototype system

- Oracle 10g: to build the prototype system

Skype Web-Based System:

The basic goal of this project was to develop a web-based prototype system for Skype. We chose to use the Object Oriented methodology.

- Defined Functional and non Functional requirements

- Developed Use Cases and Class diagram

- Helped build the system

- Contributed in documenting the system

Junior Underwriter

Internship during the summer at the underwriting-motor department, I started as a Data Entry, but was promoted to Junior Underwriter after just one month.

• Helped the IT department in fixing technical problems that occurred at the underwriting department, and maintaining the network connections at the department
