• Responsibilities include scheduling all projects through 100,000 Sq. Ft manufacturing facility in addition to managing projects thru 7 qualified sub-contractors while adhering to ASME, CSA, EJMA, FSA and AWS standards.

• All products are tested mechanically, pneumatically, electrically and for structural welding and pressure testing

• Supervise production personnel (50-75 headcount), guiding productivity and efficiency while developing and promoting to leadership roles.

• Manage staffing levels to ensure timely and cost effective customer delivery schedules.

• Schedule projects in Microsoft Project and Encompix (company integrated system) for current projects in addition to future projections based on man hour commitments.

• Lead production meetings and participate in project and management meetings.

• Ensure lean manufacturing, 5s and 8 waste processes are measured and followed with emphasis on safety.

• Prioritize procurement of raw materials.
