Leading the Configuration Management for all programs of 21st Century (Farmers’ Insurance) to
migrate into Serena Dimension, then onto a new HP UNIX Itanium server, and verifying all interfaces,
databases, dependencies are in place
Creating project plans for all code migrations (design parts, workspaces, streams) to be migrated from new
development, retrofits, West Coast code, legacy code, and small account lifecycle code, including

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Philadelphia, PA 2009-2010
Configuration Manager/Process Engineer (Contractor)
Established and documented the first configuration management process and CM Plan for the worldwide Department of Defense’s Food Management Program to be used by all military services (including software and hardware processes)
Rolled out process within the Rational suite of tools for DLA (from requirements to test artifacts); this included writing requirements, setting up the structure in RQM, and working with test cases/test scripts
As project manager was responsible for Status Reports, Action Items, Project Plans, and program communications, setting standards, and naming/labeling conventions for the software and processes. Enforced project deadlines and schedules, reporting them weekly to DLA Headquarters in Washington.
Led meetings regarding the configuration control (hardware and software) for all Services of the Government to monitor requirements, implementations, and environments for consistency of deployments
