January 2009 to July 2010 - Roncelli de Mexico, Sterling Heights, Michigan
Senior Project Manager - Assigned to the Ford Motor Company Cuautitlan Assembly Plant, Cuautitlan, Mexico. I was the sole employee for Roncelli de Mexico for their first venture in the Country of Mexico. Ford Motor has converted a former truck assembly plant into a modern, automated facility where the Ford Fiesta is being produced. Roncelli de Mexico performed many varied general contracting projects for the facilities part of the modernization. Projects included reinforcing roof trusses, removal and replacement of an asbestos panel roof system, tool rail steel installation, selective demolition and other bid projects. I established a network of local subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the work.
August 2005 to April 2008 - Martin Harris Construction, Las Vegas, Nevada
Project Manager - Profit and loss responsibility for multiple projects in the 6 to 40 million dollar range. Duties included cost control, payment processing, estimating and quoting change order requests, interfacing with owners and architects, submittals, all close out documentation, supervising Administrative Assistants, Project Engineers and superintendents in the day to day operation of a construction projects.
