* Responsible for supervising and directing operations within the Tank Maintenance Group. Evaluate projects for planning, bidding, material and equipment needs. Ensure assigned foreman and subcontractors’ performances are in compliance with customer specifications and are within schedules and budgets. Performs jobsite visits to ensure safety, production, and client’s needs are met. Plans and monitors weekly schedule to adjust adequate staffing levels that support operational demands for upcoming projects. Manages revenue and expenses to reflect budget constraints. Addresses all employee performance problems directly in accordance with company personnel policies and procedures. Ensures directives, rules and procedures are communicated to all operations staff. Implements high safety standards and in compliance with all of client’s and company safety policies.

Over six years of experience in tank industry and knowledgeable in various types of tanks, such as geodesic dome design and full contact roofs. * Supervised crew of 16 overseeing erection of vacuum tower. Rigged and lifted all rings, cone, dollar plate, all external platforms and internal beams.

* Responsibilities as a boilermaker include but not limited to installing and removing blinds, pull valves such as HPV, gate, and ball, pulled exchangers, and bundles, and removed and installed trays and towers.
