* Responsible for supervising and directing operations within the Tank Maintenance Group. Evaluate projects for planning, bidding, material and equipment needs. Ensure assigned foreman and subcontractors’ performances are in compliance with customer specifications and are within schedules and budgets. Performs jobsite visits to ensure safety, production, and client’s needs are met. Plans and monitors weekly schedule to adjust adequate staffing levels that support operational demands for upcoming projects. Manages revenue and expenses to reflect budget constraints. Addresses all employee performance problems directly in accordance with company personnel policies and procedures. Ensures directives, rules and procedures are communicated to all operations staff. Implements high safety standards and in compliance with all of client’s and company safety policies.
