*Restoration and remodeled a 1927 home in Phoenix, Including the updating of the electrical systems to new 200 amp panel with new electrical, telephone and cat9 data systems, complete replacement of galvanized plumbing system to copper, including the installation of a complete summer and winter irrigation system. Hardwood flooring repairs, replacement and refinishing as required for relocation of interior partitions to make better use of the space. Stripped and painted all exterior surfaces following a San Francisco “Painted Lady” fashion, and recreated through the use of faux painting the brick exterior of the home.
Created custom methods to add green design modifications to the existing historic doors, windows and mechanical systems in the house.
*Constructed new code compliant oak guard rail and walls around the staircase, and complete half bath remodel in a 1960’s home in Thomson, GA.
*Structural framing repairs, plumbing and electrical upgrades to a 1922 home in Pittsburg, KS
*Multiple repairs, remodels and upgrade projects on a 1965 home in Thomson, GA, Including installation of new electrical, plumbing upgrades and landscape changes to correct grading and drainage issues on the site.
