• Responsible for the Quality area of American Trim/Limex in charge of engineers, technicians and quality inspectors.

• Design, development and implementation of the Quality Systems including: elaboration of corrective actions to manufacturing problems, analysis of PPM's, analysis and improvement of scrap metrics, attention to customers, accomplishment of internal audits to the manufacturing process, problem analysis and resolution related to product quality.

• Successfully led LIMEX for the Certification in ISO 9001:2002 and ISO/TS16949: 2002.

• Elaboration of PPAP for new product and process launches. Pursue projects by APQP Process.

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to improve efficiency (5' s, SMED, leading multidisciplinary teams for problem solving) as well as the safety of all employees.

• Use of measurement equipment at the metrology laboratory (CMM, Faro Arm, High Gages, depth gages, micrometers, calipers, Rockwell machine). Calibration of measurement equipment according to gage R & R studies.
