• Collected and identified forty (40) taxa of aquatic insects and ten (10) species of freshwater crayfish. All specimens of aquatic insects and crayfish were collected in central and north Georgia. This project required proficient knowledge of insect and crayfish anatomy and the ability to use taxonomic keys to distinguish species of the same genera.

• Collected water chemistry data from Fishing Creek in Baldwin County Georgia and water chemistry data from Turkey Creek in Putnam County Georgia to compare how surrounding land use and land cover affects aquatic habitats.
