Scope of Work
Taking Earth Resistance using Earth Megger generally earth resistance of the total grid should be less than 1.0 Ohms which is acceptable for safe operation in industries.
Handling overall responsibility of the maintenance, Erection, Commissioning, Inspection & Testing of the motor control center panel (MCC) and Control panels.
Routine maintenance of Lighting systems from distribution panels.
Maintenance of TG, 6.6 KV Metal Clad Switch Gear, Ni – CD Battery, Emergency Generator, and Fire water Pumps, and various Compressors motors and pumps.
Maintenance and Trouble shooting of HV/LV switch gear panels, circuit breakers, MCC, DOL starters, star delta starters, Electric Motors, Transformers and Lighting circuits.
Over hauling of LV Motors up to 200KW and HV up to 1000 KW.
Handling Variable Frequency Drives Like ABB, Kirlosckar, and allen Bradley.
Routine maintenance of Lightning systems from distribution panels.
Servicing of the AIR Circuit Breakers and MCCBs.
Offshore & Onshore lighting Maintenance.
Operation, Testing and maintenance of Gas Turbine Generator.
