CSSOP Phase 1 provides a single entry point to functions currently accessed via multiple GUIs and complex navigation through existing screens (ICP Admin Console, ICP CPE Manager, IASA Administrator Interface, Basking Ridge IOBI Admin Console / IOBI CPE management services, Basking Ridge Operations Portal).
My role
§ Generation and validation of test suites for Broadsoft provisioning through IAC.

My role

C2 Controller
The C2 Controller provides signaling interfaces to the public switched network (PSTN) converting VoIP signaling into TDM signaling and vice versa while media gateway performs the bearer conversion. The C2 controller has a C2 Manager Element Management System, which is a web-based interface for operation, administration, maintenance and provisioning (OAM&P) of the C2 Controller. C2 Manager is a client server system.
My role
§ Installation of new releases of the C2 controller (upgrades)
§ Testing the call details in a CDR (Call Detail Record) for various call scenarios
§ Modifying, Updating and Querying Solid Database that C2 Controller uses.
§ Testing and verifying that C2 processes all XML requests under various scenarios.
§ Configured and used SIPp to emulate SIP calls
§ Used Test Manager (internal tool) to create test cases, execute test cases and log the results.
§ Used Problem Reporting Manager (internal tool) for Defect Tracking and Test Evaluation.

Diameter Base Protocol
Diameter Protocol is intended to provide a base protocol that can be extended in order to provide AAA (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) services to new access technologies. The Diameter Base protocol allows peers to exchange a variety of messages.
My role on this R&D project included studying on the following aspects of Diameter Protocol and preparing a draft on the same.
· Various types of peer-to-peer communication using Diameter Base Protocol.
· Role of Diameter Agents-Relay Agents, Proxy Agents, Re-Directing Agents.
· Security considerations for peer-to-peer communication.
· Securing Diameter connections.
PSSF (Product Support For Sterling Family) developed for Telesciences, USA
Sterling 5000 (ST5000) is a real time billing data collection and processing System. The purpose of the Sterling 5000 system is to collect and record billing data from a variety of switch types and output the data in a common format for downstream processing.
As a software engineer with team size 6 involved in Engineer in the following activities:
· Analyzed, Estimated, Solved & Delivered Enhancements & fix bugs as reported by Telesciences.
· Prepared documentation as per quality procedures for the above assignments.
· Helped other team members in some of their enhancements.
