Multi Family Services Incorporated is a framing, drywall, roof truss and floor decking company. Duties performed were conducting weekly safety meetings with all workers and subcontractors, daily reports and projections, and quality control. Daily checks of roof and floor joist engineering, code adherence, and wind load and uplift specifications. Completing jobs on time and within budget, along with owner specifications, blue print changes, and change orders were interpreted into daily work activities. Plan subcontractors so that they do not interfere with one another. Change orders, back charges, and owner changes were not performed unless the general contractor signed and approved said changes and accepted the charges for the changes.

LABORER/CARPENTER May 2002 TO AUGUST 2006
J S and Sons Construction
Orlando, Florida
Beginning as a laborer, toting materials for the day, cutting, stacking lumber, and cleaning, I learned the beginning processes of how to build a home. The longer I worked here the more I started progressing, month after month I started learning the concepts of carpentry, from taking measurements, laying out floor plans, and understanding county and state building codes. I also learned how to set trusses and deck roofs, set straps and tie downs, read and comprehend blue prints. I then learned how to build stairs and was doing so for this company for two more years. After this, I then started Nina Construction Inc. in which I did estimates, signed contracts, framed, and was overseer of all construction contracts that were accepted through this period of time.
