Pipe fitter / Welder / Operator

Install aeration systems and headers also install skimmer plate, operate vacuum belt press, cut and weld new flanges on a 4“ - 6“ carbon steel pipe, install and set belt press on all thread bolt and level.

Constructed waste water lift stations, install submersible pumps and install aeration blowers, and piping ventilation system and piping using Victaulic system, also install aluminum hand rails sand filter.

2/2008 - 3/2008 CROWN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION Ukiah, CA

Pipefitter / Millwright / Welder

Demolition on Masonry Plant - cut out all boiler tubes, remove all cat walks and hand rails, fabricate pad eye and weld on mud drum to air lifted by 360 ton crane, using grinder and torch set to remove 4” - 8” I-beam.

8/2007 -10/2007 CROWN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION El Nido, CA

Install 4” to 36” carbon steel, sch 40 and install over fire canister.

11/2007 - 12/2007 ZACHRY CONSTRUCTION Winslow, AZ

Excavate and locate existing 6” and 8” pipes, cut and remove existing line and install new pipes. Also cut tig weld 4” 90 stainless steel on 4” stainless steel pipes. Weld flanges, fabricate blind flange.

Upgrade the sewage treatment plant and modified old existing plant; install blower, pumps, submersible pumps station, work with ductile iron pipes, steel and galvanized pipes. Operate backhoe and Fork Lift on the project.

Disassemble a 50 mega watt steam turban; loosen all steel bolts on the LP and HP shells, using tornado impact gun, loosen al bolts on upper bearings, carefully lifting the steam rotor, remove lower side bearings, steam cleaning, sand blasting, carefully inspecting for any excessive wear or damages. Also remove lower and upper oil deflectors using micrometer to check the Ids’ inspect for damages, the damage ones were replaced with new ones.

Did piping for residential, set bedding for 6” pipe, pvs, install MJ T fittings for fore hydrants. Check elevation and install fore hydrants.

Pipefitter / JBL Operator

Plan out day to day piping off of the blueprints; bevel 6” stainless steel pipes, press fit 2” poly line and did some victual grooving with VE-206FS victual machine, help welders with their socket weld, help set steam turbine HP - shell / LP- shell and motor and install all oil cooler lines.

Operated 980 Caterpillar Dump truck: remove dirt from excavation site top grade; also operated a vibrating compactor compacting in three foot lifts, also did grade check.

1999 - 2000 PERC Huntington Beach, CA

Pipefitter / Millwright / Assistant Supervisor

Installed motorized check valves, fiber glass sand filters, install 120 ft. of potable water line; Help construct a roof, setting truss. Install continuous ventilation system, install felt shingles. Construct a pump station, fabricate and weld a manifold. Set pumps on all thread and grout the base of the pump. Rig and set 80,000 gallons three stage tank.

Operated 436B CAT backhoe, excavating for a six inch steel pipe high pressure gas line; also fit pipes for welders and set all skids.

1996 - 1997 NATIONWIDE CONSTRUCTION Paramount, CA

Pipefitter / Operator / Supervisor

Replace and repair 24” pipe, built a bigger form and poured concrete, replaced

some gate valves, and install several concentric reducer. Did piping on sand filter using vick coupling, weld steel and stainless steel pipes, install boxes, install hand railings, set blowers and manifolds. Install storm drains, sewer manholes, center fuge and sludge conveyors system and also back flow prevention valve. Supervise a crew of six personnel.

Silverbel Mine - Fusion welding on 2” pipe to 36” poly pipe, also fabricate stainless steel bracket, also install beams, weld and bolt on, install piping in the tank farm.
