Worked for one year as freight handler then promoted to lead man. After working for one year as lead man, I was promoted to warehouse production supervisor. After 3+ years as supervisor I accepted a facility manager position.

Responsibilities include:

Management of staff through ensuring employees follow safety protocols, completing employee performance evaluation, and issuing corrective actions if and when needed
