Serve as the manager and main source continuity for team members on assigned projects. Develop project scope/RFP’s and review design submittals. Develop short & long range plans to create project backlog for the program. Perform cost benefit analysis on future projects. Devise and implement ways to improve the construction program. Attend design review meetings and collaborate with all field disciplines for submission of changes. Draft cost estimates for new projects. Submit annual budget for the interior design of new facilities. Track overall project progress and prepare briefs for senior officials.
