Led design, procurement, and construction management of numerous utilities projects as lead engineer. Prepared technical documents for bidding on projects and managed water / wastewater facilities including sewer systems, pump station, drainage systems, roadway, utilities pipelines, water plant, and wastewater treatment plants. Coordinated contractors, consultants, and other agencies on proper project schedules, costs, and contract administration. Ensured project budget, schedules, and workmanship standards were met and delays were mitigated.

Managed environmental engineering projects in water / wastewater, serving as principal in charge of design and contract / construction management involving utilities projects. Formulated policies and programs to ensure effective coordination of utilities-related Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). Oversaw franchise activity and led $100,000,000 in infrastructure improvements, saving millions of dollars on multiple CIP projects by reducing waste and providing thorough project oversight.
