EJM Engineering: working as a Resident Engineer for METRA at the Calumet Station in the Village of East Hazel Crest, Il. Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of the new rail road station, structures, and facilities. Such as roads, railroads, pipelines, water and sewage systems, and waste disposal units. Include architectural, structural, & traffic. Also oversaw all submittals, record keeping, and pay estimates.
EJM Engineering: working as a Field Engineer at the Chicago Millennium Park tunnel project. Over saw the construction of two open cut tunnels for pedestrian and small vehicle traffic. I ran the day-to-day field operations with six field Inspectors. Oversaw the demolition and erection of three Bridges on the I-90 Toll road. Oversaw the complete demolition of four lanes of roadway, and their reinstallation from subgrade to final surfacing. I have experience with testing QA/QC in soils, concrete, asphalt and aggregates, as well as all currant-building materials. I also was responsible for the tracking of Pay Item quantities into their Quantity Book & aided in project closeout. Field Engineer for the Rehabilitation of the Chicago Transit Authority Green line. As field engineer I oversaw the night work demolition of a 100 year old CTA bridge over the live METRA tracks, and also was stationed on site where I oversaw the construction of a new CTA train platform and station. In this position, I monitored the Contractors QA/QC program; audited contractors pay requisitions, provided daily reports to the Resident Engineer as to the progress and of any difficulties with the contractor on site, and dealt with the local business owners and Business Owners Association.

I performed survey work prior to construction, field engineering during construction, and prepared as-builts of construction work performed for the State of Indiana that had been completed.
