Three Forks, Montana After the bread dough was portioned and placed in the proofer. My job was to proof the breads for placing into the oven, once in the ovens, I would bake the breads the proper amount of time. Once the breads where ready to come out, I would dump the breads onto the conveyer belt for cooling and packaging. This is what I did all my shift. Then clean up before leaving work.

Started out in this company, working on the production lines, bottling capsules, natural herbs. Then I moved to the area where they make the capsules, and learned to run the machines that made the capsules. I had to learn how to operate and some minor mantenience of the machines I was operating. After awhile, I learned the job of scanning products in and out of the warehouse, and doing inventory of what was in the warehouse.

I was responsible for making the daily desert for Meals On Wheels, and cookies, muffins, and other deserts for the caferateria. I was also responsible for taking the place of the head baker on his days off, baking all the breads and rolls and sweatrolls, etc., needed for the day. Also responsible for cleaning up after myself daily and before leaving my work place.
