• Redesigned layout of gimbals’ inventory area and implemented design resulting in safer and more efficient transfer of parts.

• Performed time study throughout the WHOLE COMPANY areas. Presented report that enabled management to redistribute personnel on necessary areas.

• Managed vendor which was in charge of building transport vehicles for within the factory.

• Created and managed program in Excel to organize the vendor’s activities in chronological order, including the amount of money that Ford expended on each vehicle.

• Reduced accidents by responding to feedback from line workers and changing equipment and layout as necessary.

• Performed “6 s” in the kit area. Workers now have a better way to perform their duties and it also helped the company to continuous improve its tasks.

• Explained the concepts of Lean Thinking to workers such as 6s, 5whys, Gemba, Value added, Value stream map etc.

• Created better solution by distributing the plant of a metallurgical company using different aspects as direct observation, travel diagram, process diagram and systematic planning.
