Scope included Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation and Backfill, 1,200LF of Sheet Pile Driving (I.E. -36ft). Pile Drive 225 H-Pile’s (I.E. 98ft), de-watering, welding, epoxy coating, Wire Rope Guardrail, Seeding area of 48,00SF.

2. Coordinated work activities with Subcontractors to generate the best effective path to complete.
3. Prepare RFI’s, Submittals and manage same through the approval process.
4. Conduct Daily Safety Meetings with onsite personnel.
