Coordinated training and provided leadership to team members. Managed the newly implemented requirements gathering software tool (Borland CaliberRM).

• Upgraded the IT Intranet Process Portal: The primary purpose of this project was to support CMMI Level 3 requirements and to enhance the Process Portal to maximize ease of use for IT project teams.

• Migrated the Data Center to Georgia: Interacted with the 100+ software vendors with whom AXA Equitable has a licensing agreement and determine incremental risks associated with the move.

• Implemented the new Computer Telephony System: This project implemented a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) system to centralize and support a multi-site call center environment on a national basis.

• Implemented Borland CaliberRM: Responsible for the successful implementation of this enterprise product suite which aligns business and IT by enabling stakeholders across the organization to collaborate effectively on software requirements engineering. Using Caliber Analyst, teams proactively define and manage software requirements throughout the application lifecycle.
