Project Manager – April 2003 to July 2006

Civil Designer – Prepared construction plans and obtained required permits for small single lot commercial subdivisions to large, multi-phase mixed use developments.

• Storm water modeling of complex drainage systems containing on-site and off-site interconnected ditches, wetlands and proposed ponds. Evaluation of multiple design scenarios and calculation of present and future costs associated with installation and maintenance. Collection of field evidence used to estimate high water levels of receiving waters to compute tail water conditions used in hydraulic modeling.

• Potable water and wastewater master planning for large mixed use, multi-phased projects using WaterCAD software. Design of lift stations to convey current and future flows from development, as well as off-site flows contemplated in County-wide Sewer and Water Master Plans. Preparation of detailed reports outlining design methodology, calculations, and recommendations.

• Preparation of Construction Plans including drainage and grading plans, sewer and water plans, and erosion & sediment control plans.
