These days, it’s not enough to recruit drivers. You need to reduce costs as well – and without impacting quality.
Over the last ten years, I have focused on recruiting drivers while constantly refining processes and reducing costs. Over the years I have recruited Owner operators, company drivers and students. Having work for companies with large fleets and many needs it afforded me the opportunity to learn the industry from many different view points. Because I’m flexible, I can both write copy and run production work. Because I’m familiar with technology, I can implement the newest methods and processes.
