I received (2) promotions since my hiring. I was initially promoted to Team Leader and supervised a design team that

consisted of MEP Designers and Cad production personnel. After a period of time, I was then given the additional

responsibilities of Project Manager including Billing/Invoicing reviews, maintaining project budgets and managing

resource allocation. I have been involved in managing a variety of different projects including the shell buildings for Town

Square Development in Las Vegas. Other projects include school renovations and prototypes, hospital renovations, and

facility for “Sick Building” Syndrome. Numerous Indoor Air Quality improvements were made to existing mechanical
