Responsibilities

I received (2) promotions since my hiring. I was initially promoted to Team Leader and supervised a design team that

consisted of MEP Designers and Cad production personnel. After a period of time, I was then given the additional

responsibilities of Project Manager including Billing/Invoicing reviews, maintaining project budgets and managing

resource allocation. I have been involved in managing a variety of different projects including the shell buildings for Town

Square Development in Las Vegas. Other projects include school renovations and prototypes, hospital renovations, and

several projects for Thunder Valley Casino Expansion in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

Currently involved in the total renovation of the mechanical systems at The Cloisters, a museum affiliated with the

Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. I also have worked on the Master Plans for the Woolworth Building and

St. Bartholomew’s Church, 7th Floor renovations for the St. Hilda’s School, an addition of a Tech Center at Sunset Park

Library, and the renovation of the ventilation system for Bowen House, an historic building on the National Register. I

Responsibilities

I was responsible for managing all mechanical system design for the new Veterinary Hospital complex at Purdue

University. Also, I did a major project at City Hall for the city of Lafayette, IN. that involved new construction as well as

extensive renovation of the existing building. Another project involved doing a study and evaluating a classroom/office

facility for “Sick Building” Syndrome. Numerous Indoor Air Quality improvements were made to existing mechanical

systems to overcome this design problem. Also worked on laboratory renovation projects for these universities and several

major hospital and school projects in Lafayette, IN.

water, and hot water piping systems. This also involved major renovation to an existing chilled water plant and chilled

water storage facilities. Also, I worked on various Clean Room projects and office space renovations.
