• Effective in specification planning, contracting, permitting, scheduling and inspections
• Knowledgeable of most applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, OSHA requirements, and other legal restrictions
Management
• Ability to Read, Understand, and Navigate Plans and Documents
• Multi-tasking in all aspects of project development, planning, and management
• Knowledgeable and understanding of all performance criteria and construction standards with sub-contractors and their trades
Salary Requirements $ 60,000 + / Yr. This can be Negotiable
