I am working on a Android app SMART (System for Mobile Assessments in Real Time), used by MD Anderson Cancer Center. This app allows their participants to take assessments based on their day to day diagnosis. This data helps researchers to track and analyze the participant’s activities through out their Study.
Responsibility:
Sorely responsible for onsite client meetings and requirement gathering.
Design and Develop the server side requirements, and manage the data flow from server to device and device to server.
Preparing the PoCs (Proof of Concept) and the Presentations to demonstrate the solution to the Researchers.
Complete production support during post-release period.
Leading an offshore team and keep all the tasks/defects on track.

This is an SCM ERP Product called e-trans on Transportation and Logistics from Four soft Limited. E-Trans is a product on Freight Forwarding Automation with distributed technologies. It has all the functionality that is required to transport a shipment from origin to destination. It consists an excellent Shipment Tracking System and flexible reporting system. More than 12 International Freight Forwarding Companies (Customers) like OIA, SEKO, Century, BDP, etc are using this product.
Responsibility:
Resolving customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
