Orion Project (Flight Crew Module)

 Key member of team of engineers and designers responsible for design & creation of Secondary structure of the test flight crew module

 Responsible for tolerance stackups for proper fit of Avionics into the crew module, including design of plastics, castings, aluminum, metal and sheet metal parts.

 Worked with Electrical Engineers to ensure that mechanical and electrical components perform at its highest potential to survive flight

 All work was completed using PROE 3.0 and 4.0 with Windchill

TAC Worldwide (Mechanical Lead Engineer) March 2009 to August 2009

ARV (Military Armored Recovery Vehicle) lift and tow

 Led the team of engineers and designers responsible for design & creation of ARV (lift and tow unit)

 Involved in the design and integration of the hydraulics and actuators into the lift and tow system

 Developed and presented Critical Design Review to the government

 Successfully ensured that vehicle was in compliance with government specifications and requirements (developed test plans used at test facility)
