|Description |Telecommunications Information System. This |

| |system is responsible for billing and producing |

| |an invoice for all QWEST costumers for a set of |

| |services including Voice calls, Internet etc. All|

| |service (voice, data etc) used while Non-metered |

| |The call made by a customer generally goes to the|

| |local telephone exchange, or Local Exchange |

| |Carrier (LEC), which routes the call made by the |
