NPC is the one of the biggest company in SAUDI ARABIA.

NPC having 6 BI-AXIAL Roto moulding machine, 2 RNR machine, 1 no REDUCTION ENGINEER machine with capacity of 24tones per day. 4 extruder machine & 4 pulverizer machine.

NPC manufacturing LLDPE 4layer water Tanks as well as chemical tanks, Stackable Boxes, road barriers, loft tanks, traffic cones, water troughs, car water tanks, buoys, fish farms, mobile toilets …..Etc.

Monthly raw material consumption is 750 metric tons (750T) per month approximately.

Water Tank capacity starts from 100 to 25000 ltr.

Problem solving and take necessary remedial action to prevent the production problems.

Developing new innovative rotational moulding product.

Organizing meeting about new innovative model.

Making 2D drawings for all products.

To make a Roto Moulding moulds (M.S, S.S & Aluminum) with high quality finish.

Reduce the Fuel & Power consumption from 8% to 6.5% & 2.4% to 2% respectively.
