In four years I brought the masonry division from a failing residential division with 8 employees and $600,000 in revenue to a successful premier masonry company with 60 employees and $5,500, 000 in revenue. I was solely responsible for all aspects including but not limited to: safety, billing, collections, estimating, bidding, negotiating, creating Division policy (safety and operational), Interviewing/hiring/firing employees, creating and managing budgets, equipment inventory and maintenance, owner/architect relationships. I single-handedly project managed and completed the 4.1 Million dollar masonry scope of the largest School in the State of KY (South Warren Middle/High School) with zero injuries and on time. Very familiar with OSHA regulations.
2005-2006 J&S Construction, Project Manager, Cookeville, TN.
I was directly responsible for all aspects of project management of various commercial projects totaling over 2 million dollars.
2001-2005 Combat Infantryman/Paratrooper/Command Driver/Renovations &Utilization Manager, 3rd BN 505th PIR, 82ND ABN DIV. US ARMY. Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Iraq, Afghanistan.
A two-time combat veteran (Operation Enduring Freedom & Operation Iraqi Freedom); I was the Lead Project Manager for all new projects of my battalion. I managed the safety and the quality of all projects big or small. I was in charge of securing local resources while in combat and completing projects with limited funds and personnel. I managed all construction projects during combat with zero injuries or loss of life. Must see narratives of awards.
