GCD/GCM Upload: Uploading the cleansed records into Global Contact Database as per the standing instructions from the countries and downloading the leads and preparing the lead file to upload into GCM as per Oracle Standards.

Global GCD Updates: To Update permissions on the three communication channels email, postal and phone in response to requests made by the individual or Organizations, To update individual contact’s marketing status from New to Deleted where an individual has been reported as no longer working for the organization or known at there postal address, thus improving data quality of contact information.

Acquisition Data Management: It’s a project where we get the data from the companies, which Oracle acquires and we do the data migration from the acquired company’s database to Oracle’s database. Migration process involves cleansing of the customer's information.
