The schedule consisted of Assembler written programs and software utilities to produce reports, statistics, run backups, defrag volumes, scratch invalid data sets, etc. I also wrote Assembler program utilities for application programmers to use certain SVCs under the control of Technical Support.

Programmer Analyst I & II

Developed IMS transactions to view and modify the status of federal employee claims. I wrote programs using COBOL to access IMS databases to produce reports on claims. Worked with Software Support on special projects such as converting the structure of IMS databases and assisted other applications programmers with work overflow as needed.
