Company has the contract for the 140MIGD which comprises of 8 x 17.5 G/day desalination units,Two auxillary boilers with Fail-safe system-T 3000 Siemens DCS with in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai.
Responsibilities
• Logic and graphics creation and modification, forcing, assigning, checking, trend, report preparation in SIEMENS T3000.
• Checking & Correction in the HMI as per P&ID.
• Configuring in I/O cards, links, module allocations, cabinet alarms.
• HMI Engineering in T3000 System. Logic implementation.
• Firmware upgradation of all automation processor.
• Hardware and software loading all automation processor.
• Exporting and importing of project nodes and diagrams.
• Creating back up for the application Servers.
• Configuration of thin clients.
• Synchronization of the thin clients with the NTP Server in T3000.
• Configuration of printers in the Application Highway.
• Setup of ring for Application highway and Automation highway.
• Configuring the application and automation OSMs. loading the automation processor.

Involved in Commissioning and maintenance of all Instrumentation Works. Modification of the new logics with existing and modification systems.
Responsibilities
• Checking & Correction in the P & I Diagram.
• Preparation of all Field Instruments Specifications.
• Setup of ring for Application highway and Automation highway.
• Configuring in I/O cards, links, module allocations, cabinet alarms.
• Offline Loading of Automation processors, configuring hardwares.

Company had the contract for erection, commissioning and maintenance of field instruments and systems in Chennai petroleum and corporation limited.
Maintenance in 100MW cogeneration plant with 3 x 20 MW gas turbine (BHEL), 2 x 20 MW steam turbine (BHEL).
Responsibilities
• Implementing and getting approval of designed drawings.
• Proceeding with the maintenance activities like trouble shooting, replacing, break down maintenance of field instruments.
• Erection and Commissioning of all instruments.
• Calibration of all types of instruments.
• Stroke checking of Control Valves.
• Site opening, planning and mobilization, co ordination with consultant engineers and contract engineers, coordinating with sub contractors and third party vendors.
• Preparation of sub contract in formations, contract negotiation and supervision of maintenance activities.

QUALIFICATION
BE in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering with 69.25% in the year Mar-07 at PMR institute of Engineering and technology. Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.
