When I worked for a General Contractor & Management Corp as Senior Project Manager in their Electrical Business unit was a huge success in my career. This experience let me got the expertise to be focus in many details that others could not take in account, but that are very important for the achievement of the projects. Moreover, I have been accomplishing deadline and increase the revenue and profits of the projects below my team work in this BU with constant increments in the revenues, profits and costumer expectations.
Well-organized and dynamic while prepare electrical estimates for project budget (for construction & maintenance of the electrical systems) and schedule of values, evaluate and manage project budget during construction, obtain and distribute construction drawings and specifications, prepare submittals and shop drawings. I’m also aware and adept to maintain submittal and RFI logs, review and redline shop drawings, coordinate temporary utilities and job office, and perform quantity surveys takeoffs for many type of jobs and budgets accurately.
The high level of initiative and reliability along my work experience let me develop and submit owner (or GC if you are a subcontractor) pay requests, review and approve subcontractor/vendor pay requests, develop contract change orders, review and approve subcontract change orders.
Goal oriented to monitor subcontractor/vendor performance and adherence to specifications, schedule and maintain field inspection logs, schedule and record jobsite/subcontractor/owner meetings, maintain as-built drawings, prepare close out, warranty, and final "as-build drawings" records.
