RESUME

Close to 23 years' experience multi disciplinary teams and many different types of customers’ management and lead multiple projects in the industry gave me the expertise to work with unforeseen situations and the necessary skills to find, sponsor, and execute accurate and cost effective solutions in the electrical trade.

Successful experience managing electrical contracts, leading electrical Low and High Voltage construction, and accountable for maintenance electrical systems through the full life cycle, from beginning to end. Hands-on and knowledge of design/build concepts from engineering through implementation with an importance on the integrated construction management of many Low and High Voltage Electrical Systems.

Strong experience in pharmaceutical, chemical and bio-technology plants, high tech, utilities (power & water), many infrastructure projects and other heavy industries. The construction, maintenance, start up, test and commissioning of High Voltages Systems and Low Voltages Electrical systems are some of the duties that I have been performing across my career. I achieved these duties with the skills to integrate and communicate financial and technical issues results to all crafters and management levels when has been required.

Accountable for the successful of many renovations, tenant Improvements and new constructions and maintenance services with special commitment in safety issues where I have an outstanding record.

When I worked for a General Contractor & Management Corp as Senior Project Manager in their Electrical Business unit was a huge success in my career. This experience let me got the expertise to be focus in many details that others could not take in account, but that are very important for the achievement of the projects. Moreover, I have been accomplishing deadline and increase the revenue and profits of the projects below my team work in this BU with constant increments in the revenues, profits and costumer expectations.

Well-organized and dynamic while prepare electrical estimates for project budget (for construction & maintenance of the electrical systems) and schedule of values, evaluate and manage project budget during construction, obtain and distribute construction drawings and specifications, prepare submittals and shop drawings. I’m also aware and adept to maintain submittal and RFI logs, review and redline shop drawings, coordinate temporary utilities and job office, and perform quantity surveys takeoffs for many type of jobs and budgets accurately.

The high level of initiative and reliability along my work experience let me develop and submit owner (or GC if you are a subcontractor) pay requests, review and approve subcontractor/vendor pay requests, develop contract change orders, review and approve subcontract change orders.

Goal oriented to monitor subcontractor/vendor performance and adherence to specifications, schedule and maintain field inspection logs, schedule and record jobsite/subcontractor/owner meetings, maintain as-built drawings, prepare close out, warranty, and final "as-build drawings" records.

Exceptional ability to analyze activities and information involving some original data manipulation or interpretation to arrive and drive at logical conclusions. Accountable for the selection and procurement of all type of electrical equipments, devices and materials necessary for the ordinary and emergency maintenance program, renovations and construction with successful saving in the purchase of those goods and on schedule.
