Unrelated Parallel Machine Scheduling Problem - a classical NP-hard problem in the field of combinatorial optimization

Programmed the algorithms in C++ and IBM OPL™ with CPLEX™ coding, scripting
Performed extensive experimentation with large data sets with tens of thousands of variables/parameters.
Used Visual FoxPro and My-SQL to handle and manipulate large data sets.
Compared the results with state-of-the art Meta-heuristics (SA & Meta-RaPs)
