Equipment Maintenance Technician

I have worked for companyies such as Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor, IBM, Toshiba Semiconductor, and Fairchild Semiconductor. As a maintenance technician I have been responsible for the maintenance tactical plan, and the equipment repairs of high impact areas of production needs. The equipment include the Varian 3180, 3290 Evaps, PE Sputter Tools, MRC Planner Systems, Varian Ion Implant Tools, and Tylan Diffusion Systems.
