PROJECT DETAILS:

A Low Cost Extendable Framework For Embedded Smart Car Security System.

ABSTRACT

This project focuses on the urgent need to stop the rapid rise in car thefts by using high end technology. The system consists of Face Detection System, a GSM and a GPS module. The tiny camera hidden in front of the driver’s place captures the image of the driver and compares it with the image that is stored in the database. If the image does not match a MMS containing the image of the driver is sent to the owner’s mobile including the GPS location of the car. This helps the owner as well as police to find the thief and track him.
