Provide the technical support on an international level for one of the leading manufactures in the tobacco industry. The services performed include but are not limited to the installation, warranty services, and troubleshooting of the high speed manufacturing equipment. Some of the skills and tools used to perform the services include experience with Siemens S7, S5, Beckoff TwinCat, Siemens Starter, AMK Apex Pro. Also work with high speed product weight control systems.

Electrical Service/Assembly Technician

Worked closely with the engineering staff to help design, assemble, and install the electrical control systems on industrial production equipment. Assembled the control systems in compliance with the schematic drawings and customers specifications. Performed start up and checkout of equipment for in house run off. Installed and qualified machinery on customers’ floor.

Electrical Service/Assembly Technician

Performed the electrical assemble responsibilities for Acme Wright division. This included redesigning the electrical enclosure, building the sub-assemblies and field wiring then testing and debugging the machinery on the shop floor. Also provided field service support and performed installations, maintenance and upgrades at the customer’s facilities.
