Project title AUTOMATION OF HF TRANSCEIVER TESTING

Role & Responsibilities As a Team leader, testing the Transceiver at ATE process

Description:

The aim of this project “AUTOMATION OF HF TRANSCEIVER TESTING” is to develop the algorithms for the test procedures according to the test procedures of the tests and realize it with some programming languages like ‘c’ for the automation testing of the transceiver system using the radio communication test set and computer using GPIB interface.

The system consists of transceiver and remote control unit. It is required to evaluate the above units to their specifications these things have been done manually in the past, there are totally 19 tests to be done in the transceiver for which it takes a lot of for the procedures, tabulations and calculations all together. It nearly takes 1to 2 Hrs for the complete process.

So, the authentication of the transceiver testing makes it to speed up the testing process nearly to 20 minutes. This is done using file handling GPIB commands are implemented in ‘c’ programming language.

I completed my project in “ELECTRONICS CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED”.
