1994 - 2003 Daewoo Motor Italy S.p.A.

C.F.O. and Managing Director of Daewoo Motor Italy S.p.A. I am among the first three Managers that have created the Company. This was born in 1994 as a joint-venture among the Daewoo Corporation Seoul and a Roman entrepreneurial group. Later around one year and a half is decided that Daewoo Corp. would have acquired the total control of the Society. During the negotiation I have been involved in the study and development of all the aspects that it involved this decision.

All the employees of the Company are from me selects and hired. The Daewoo is a Company human resources oriented, therefore it is also my specification responsibility the study both of the environment of job that all the fringes benefit, in accord with the relative normative fiscal.

1992 - 1994 Serleasings S.p.A.

Responsible Budget Administration and Control. Financial/leasing company of the ENI Group. In this duty I have dealt with the development of the control of financial contract and of the budget, including all the typical administrative functions.

Administrative and Financial manager. In this function of mine I was responsible of 9 people.

To the assumption I am destined Cargo as support of the Person responsible of the Service to the Cargo. In this function I dealt me with the management of the personnel (480 employees) and of the aspects of control of management. In 1980 I win an inside selection and I am destined Internal Auditing to the Service where I have made the normal career up to become senior. I have participated to of the courses to the IBM in Seattle (U.S.A.) for the EDP-Auditing around computer. In this function of auditor (agreement to 360 degrees on all the aspects both managerial and administrative that financial) I have effected an average of 8 verifications for year, of which 20% in USA, 30% Italy, 10 Africa, 20% Europe and 20% extreme east.
