- Served on the Corporate Halloween Committee, which evaluates, revises, and implements Operations and Sales
procedures for our highest volume season
- Represented Party City LP as a member of the ASPECT User Group.
- Conduct thorough internal investigations based on Employee Tips, Exception reports, corporate financial reports.
- From 2002 through today, the average product shrinkage percent for my assigned stores has been reduced from 3.4% to 1.7% of sales.
- Prepare annual budgets for contract vendor services such as guards and undercover operatives, alarm and CCTV services.
- Coordinated LP related functions during the opening of 5 new stores, 8 remodels, and 8 store closings in my area, including contracting alarm installation and monitoring services, CCTV equipment, and safe and lock equipment.
- Involved in designing and implementing company shortage reduction programs.
- Provide ongoing training and awareness through corporate, regional, district, and store level meetings, and store level operational audits
- Research, evaluate, and make recommendations on LP tools such as Digital CCTV and POS exception reporting systems.
- Research and resolve Inventory Control related issues such as unresolved Open Invoices, ASN issues, and Vendor Proof of Delivery concerns.

absence of a permanent team member for a period of 2 months, at which time I was responsible for payroll
processing, new hire interviews, and preparing formal counseling documents for the Store Manager to administer.

- Develop, implement and oversee store specific LP awareness programs, and shrink reduction programs.
