o Improved first pass yield by implementing Teflon rod to loosen stuck 4” wafers in spin rinse dryers
o Lead Continuous Improvement Team to a 30% reduction in mis-process scrap by buddy checks in problem areas and consistent spot checks by the Lead and the supervisor
Implement training and cross training for technicians in all areas of the factory with annual testing and certifications to insure quality and adherence to specifications.
