Prior to promotion to server, I was hired as a hostess. My responsibilities in this position included seating customers, taking orders, handling cash transactions, answering the phones, and assisting servers with other duties as needed.

CLERK AS NEEDED: 2002-2008

Duties and responsibilities included organizing a file room for a company of more than 20,000 employees and boxing and indexing closed files to send to storage. Indexing included maintaining a storage log for boxes sent to storage for easy retrieval and typing labels for employee files. One very large project that I worked on was boxing employee files for shipping to San Antonio when payroll moved. All boxes were labeled and then indexed in the storage log to ensure all files were properly sent and received by San Antonio payroll. While working this temporary position, I was also responsible for opening, logging and distributing the incoming mail. During my time working this temporary job, I assisted both the Payroll and the Accounts Payable departments.
