VP Manufacturing
June 1993 to June 2012
Hearmore Company Inc. – Gilbert, az
I was hired at Hearmore Company in 1993. I have continuously worked there until the present. I was an intricate
part of Hearmore's development. I solely manufactured the entire companies products by hand daily while doing
all mail-in and walk-in repairs. I hand made all custom-fit hearing instruments and wired them to the clients
hearing specifications. I was entirely in charge of all orders of materials and equipment in the manufacturing
department. I did the advertising on the Internet and website development. I was in charge of answering all
technical questions sent in through email and phone calls to the manufacturing department. I was dedicated to
Education
the Hearmore Company for 20+ years until the corporate take-over in Aug. 2012.

Security Ironworks – Belen, New Mexico
Accountable for building and finishing of wrought iron products including overall customer satisfaction of the
product and installation. I manufactured Custom Storm Doors, Security Doors, Window Guards, Driveway Gates,
Automatic Openers, Walking Gates, Iron Fencing, Rails, Spiral Stairs, Ranch Signs, Metal Art, and all other
Welding services. I serviced residential and commercial accounts from scratch, modified to fit custom orders for
custom properties. Built strategic alliances with vendors and customers that resulted in word-of-mouth advertising
leading to business profits along with an incredible reputation. Created new revenue streams through word-of
mouth leads to a community bond that was surpassed by none. As a result, the company grew exponentially while
I was employed there.
