Develop and control FM Departmental profits, plans, and budget.

Establish and monitor overall performance for production and quality standards.

Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.

Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.

Develop and track annual work plans; lead the development of annual budgets and manage development of proposals for Associate Awards as necessary.
