Vishal Hand Tools & Forging Pvt. Ltd., Jallandhar (India) Sep. 2007 to July 2008

• Design and Model of various types of hand tools like Combination/ Full polish / Raised polish spanner, Ring Spanner, Bearing

puller and Bearing star, and their forging dies using SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.

• Programming of profile and cavity of FP/RP spanner and Bearing puller forging dies using UniGraphics NX4.

• Optimize the programming in such a manner that, it results in achieving the projected goal of 35% increase in tool life,

reduction in tool cost and machining time.

• Preparation of documents like drawing lists and bill of materials.

Maintenance Engineer

Alfuttaim Carillion L.L.C, Dubai (U.A.E) March 2007 to Aug 2007

• Involved in scheduling the maintenance and service of around 500+ heavy machinery equipment like Generator, Compressor,

Excavator, Dozer, Shovel and more.

• Organizing and coordinating the repair of these assets (manufactured by CAT, VOLVO, JCB, DEUTZ etc.) in such a planned manner
