Texas Laryngectomee Association Annual Conference 2011
The Texas Laryngectomee Association is dedicated to the total rehabilitation of the laryngectomee through training of the laryngectomee, spouses, families, speech professionals and students of speech pathology.
o Attend three day conference covering all aspects of assessment and intervention for laryngectomees. Observe live demonstrations of sizing, placement, and troubleshooting of laryngectomees.
NSSLHA: National Student Speech-Language and Hearing Association
An organization to teach students to serve their profession and encourage continuous involvement in professional organizations. This organization addresses new directions and conflicts which arise within the field. NSSLHA provides opportunities for students to interact with professionals working in the field.
