Energetic, highly motivated, extremely reliable superintendent that has a sterling reputation for always completing projects on time and within budget, while maintaining professional representation for the GC on a nationwide scope.

Known as a superintendent that is very aggressive, but even handed. The first on the job.. and the last to leave...... Fair to his men and subcontractors. Aggressively monitors and is Involved in every trade's layout to ensure accuracy, quality control and adherence to the schedule. No " job trailer sitting" here....

Makes every effort to ensure that all trades are in 100% compliance with plans, specs and approved submittals............ an absolute must to avoid deviation issues with any owner mandated Special Construction Inspectors., as is the case when building Wal Mart projects.

Completely understands and appreciates the importance of daily and accurate project documentation with the highest priority on safety, quality and schedule.....all critical to the profitability and success of the project.

Presents a professional appearance and articulate approach in dealing with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Owner Consultants and Building Officials.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project , Adobe CS5 Photoshop Illustrator and In Design.

Project Managers will appreciate a "low maintenance" superintendent, with emphasis on solving problems at the field level rather than in the office....... Knowledgeable in Refrigeration, EMS, Security, Fire Suppression, Fire Sprinkler, Electrical and Plumbing trades......all of which can have an adverse effect on the schedule if not monitored for accurate and properly scheduled installation. Since profit margins are so thin, each and every phase of construction must undergo careful scrutiny. These are issues that are understood and taken very seriously.

Salary can be negotiated based the project budget and circumstances...... Will travel to any location where and when needed with no complaints. In excellent physical condition,...non-
