• Directed work for a project team of a team of analysts while working with the LOB, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain Management in auditing and reconciling Enterprise Software Assets and aligning those assets within the Corporate CMDB.

• Managed PMO Governance, Risks, Critical Path Milestones, OPEX labor budget of $25 Million across the Database Technologies, Enterprise Architecture, and BI Reporting Organizations in alignment with Statement of Work (SOW) obligations.

• Successfully managed a high risk $5.8 Million CAPEX technology solution development and integration project across (13) SDLC environments to completion. The new technology at TIAA-CREF involved the installation of the Enterprise IBM Quality Stage and InfoSphere 8.1.2 GRID across five High Availability VLAN’s.

• Developed a Technology Integration & Upgrade roadmap for an Enterprise ETL & Database consolidation and upgrade program around various technologies such as InfoSphere, Informatica, SQL Server, Siebel, Teradata, and Oracle.
