• Successfully managed a high risk $5.8 Million CAPEX technology solution development and integration project across (13) SDLC environments to completion. The new technology at TIAA-CREF involved the installation of the Enterprise IBM Quality Stage and InfoSphere 8.1.2 GRID across five High Availability VLAN’s.
